The property was tastefully redone, and they were always responsive to any issues I ever experienced. It’s refreshing to work with a real estate management company that is more concerned about treating people right than the almighty dollar. These guys are amazing. They were always professional and friendly to work with. David went above and beyond to help with any issue and the whole team was always quick to take care of things. I absolutely LOVED the house and it was the perfect home when I needed it. The maintenance teams were always fast to respond and did a wonderful job. I would work with this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for making my life so much easier when I needed it the most.

We had a great experience with Hoffman while finding a rental. They were quick to respond and very helpful. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews saying their application money was taken because this company refunds your app money if you don’t get a property, they must have just not asked and got mad about nothing. Fair prices and nice properties. Thank you.

I’m a landlord and enjoy hands free landlording- I can be as involved or uninvolved as I want to be… Did have one property vacant for 2-3 months after lease was up and they charged a big chunk of the first month rent, but they found what looks to be a great tenant that signed a 18 month lease - so that’s nice ! :)

Both the plumber and electrician that were sent to my home was a pleasure and fix our small issues with high levels of knowledge and efficiency. I'm grateful for our management team. The Hoffman team cares and addresses problems fast and my family is grateful for the security in knowing our landlord cares. 5 star all the way.

I’m renting a home from them currently. I’ve had some maintenance issues, but I can tell you I can text or place a request online and they are there the next day to take care of it. Great company, very professional people working there. I recommend if you are looking for a home to rent or have one for sale or for rent. Please use them you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend!! Will work with you, any maintenance issues addressed within a week and love my rental house!! As long as you follow lease agreement they will not bother you, renting and living in peace is a blessing!! I will be renting from them until I buy my own home!!
